I can’t believe it is 2013.  2013?!  The last several months have been really busy both personally and professionally.  I have so many things to share and am looking forward to resuming a regular blogging schedule 🙂

Today, I want to share what things look like in my neck of Cache Valley.  Logan has been in the single digits for the last several weeks. (some weeks negative numbers even)  I need to find a way to survive this cold!

Remember when I shared being able to cross of goals 93 and 94 from my 101 in 1001 list?  Let me introduce Mary, my amazing nutritionist and trainer, along with her husband Jimmy.  Working with Mary has been such a blessing!  To date, I’m down 24 pounds and feel the best I’ve ever felt. I have more energy, sleep better and honestly really love working at the gym.  Working with Mary both as my client and as her client is such a blast.  It never feels like work 🙂
